Referral Rewards Program

Introducing our new referral rewards program. Simply refer a new customer to us that receives and
pays for any service and you receive $10.00 off the labor of your next service call. Refer 6 new
customers that receive and pay for services and you receive 1 hour free labor. Rewards may be
redeemed for cash instead of services on a monthly basis.

Conditions:

1)  You cannot refer yourself or anyone in your household
2)  You may refer anyone who does not live with you
3)  Existing customers are not valid referrals
4)  To receive the reward, the new customer must notify us of the complete referral
      information before work begins
5)  Rewards become available 7 days after the funds clear the bank
6)  You must request cash redemption by the 15th of the month requested and
      payment of the available rewards will be on the 1st of the following month
7)  Cash rewards of $600.00 or more per year will be reported to the IRS as income
8)  You may gift rewards to anyone you wish with prior notification and approval
9)  Rewards are not retroactive
10)  Travel fees and taxes will apply to free labor rewards
11)  Not valid where prohibited

Existing customers only need notify us that they would like to participate in the program. Anyone
18 and older may participate. To enroll please email your full name, address, phone #, and email
address to picsoahu@yahoo.com. We will email you back your rewards account #. Give that
account # to your referral. Make sure that they give us your reward # before work begins. Please
