You may also bring the computer to us with an appointment and save the trip fee.

Here are some of the common services we offer. If you do not see the type of service you

happy to discuss your specific situation.

* Diagnostic - Not sure what the problem is? We can diagnose most computer issues
on-site. Some issues may need to be diagnosed in our shop where we have additional
diagnostic equipment.

* Repairs & Upgrades - CD or hard drive go bad? We can replace those 1, 2, 3. Want
more memory, larger hard drive, DVD burner? We can help you choose the right parts or
upgrades for your personal or business use.

* System Tune-Up - This is more of a preventative maintenance service where we check
the Windows registry, temporary files, system start-up files, hard drive integrity, and overall
system performance. We will clean & adjust these items but no repairs are made in this
service. It is recommended to have this service done every 3 to 6 months to keep your
system at optimal performance.

* Adware, Spyware & Virus Removal - In most cases when your computer starts to run
slower, have pop-ups or error messages, you are likely to have adware, spyware or viruses
on your computer. Adware, spyware and viruses are files and/or programs added to your
computer, mostly from the internet, without knowing that they are even there. These files
and/or programs are designed to run in stealth and perform functions at predetermined
intervals which bog down your system by using up it's available resources. We can clean out
these files and programs and get your computer back to running normally. Expired or missing
anti-virus or security programs can be updated with our line of AVG products at very competitive

* Internet Setup - Setting up an internet connection, especially a high speed internet, can be
confusing. We can help you choose the right internet connection and setup your computer
properly.

* Computer Setup - Did you get a new computer or are moving your computer? Are all those
cables and connections confusing? We can setup your computer, monitor, printer, internet, and
any other devices. Included in this service is Windows 1st run setup, system tune-up and
performance adjustment. We can also install any additional software that you may have
purchased with your new computer.

* Networking - A network is a group of computers connected together in order to share data
and a high speed internet connection. We can setup your home or small business with a wired
or wireless network. Wireless networks are preferred since we do not run cable through walls,
floors or ceilings.

* Data Transfers - A data transfer is moving data from one device to another. An example would
be move data from one computer to another or from one storage device to another. Data transfers
are just for transferring data. We do not transfer programs over from one device to another.
Programs have components installed into many folders on your hard drive and are often hidden.
It is best to copy the data file(s) for that program, install or re-install the program, then transfer the
data back into the program.

* Data Recovery (non-forensic) - Recovering data that was erased. In most cases, standard
files such as documents, movies, pictures emails and other files may be recovered, even after
the hard drive has been formatted. We can also recover from removeable media such as flash
drives and digital camera memory cards. We can only do non-forensic which is using recovery
software. We cannot recover data from damaged devices such as non-responsive hard drives.

* System Relocations - A system relocation is transferring the system files, programs, and
settings from one computer to another. This is most often done when you purchase a new
computer but want all your old programs, files, and settings to be the same. We can relocate
those items from your old computer to your new computer. This service will only transfer
compatible files, settings and programs. Some of these items may need to be re-installed on
the new computer from the installations disks. This is a time consuming process and is not done
on-site.

* System Backups & Restorations - We can create system backup or restore disks for you.
What makes this different from the restore disks that may have come with your computer is that
this will backup any programs or files added to your system after you purchased it. It is a very
good idea and the responsibility of the owner to backup important files. This service backs up
the entire hard drive. If you need to have your system restored due to corruption, viruses,
equipment malfunction or other reason, you can easily restore the system back to the time when
the restore disk was created. This is different from running Windows restore on your computer.
Windows restore only takes your system back days. If your system is corrupt, it is most likely that
the restore files were corrupted as well. A proper restore requires the hard drive to be erased
and the system re-installed. We can also do Windows XP system restores even if you lost or
don't have a Windows installation disk. In the case of lost or missing install disks, we cannot
replace or re-install programs that you do not have the installation disk for.

* Consulting & Instruction - Not sure of what kind or equipment you need? Confused about
the different models, processors, pricing? Let us help you choose your system for your home or business. We can research the equipment for you and offer a choice of either a custom built or production model of computer, including monitors, printers, and other accessories you may need.
Having trouble operating your computer or program? We offer basic instruction for operating your computer and most programs.

Pricing

Our pricing is very simple. We charge $70.00 for the 1st hour and $35.00 for each half hour after that.
There is a 1 hour minimum charge. Billing begins when we arrive at the computer. After the 1st hour
we bill in half hour increments. An example would be, we worked on the equipment for 75 minutes.
You would be billed for 1 1/2 hours work or $105.00. Service provided west of the Makakilo exit of the H1
Freeway or west of Valley of the Temples on Hwy 83 are $20.00 additional each roundtrip.
