Terms and Conditions

1. Fees and payments - Fees for services will be billed at the rate of $70.00 for the
1st hour and $35.00 for each half hour after that in 1/2 hour increments. There is a 1
hour minimum charge plus trip fee, if any. All services are COD. Payments must be made
upon receipt of invoice. We accept cash and checks. Credit cards are accepted
through Paypal . A $25.00 fee will be charged for any checks returned for any reason.

2. Estimates - In cases where an exact price cannot be determined before work begins,
a written or phone estimate will be provided. Estimates are an approximate cost and may
vary. An estimate is not a guarantee of final price. When an estimate is approved either
verbally or in writing, an authorization for work is implied.

3. Cancellation - If the work is cancelled for any reason once authorization is provided,
there will be a $70.00 minimum plus any trip fee applied. If parts are ordered for the work
and the work is cancelled, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for the parts ordered.

4. Returns and refunds - Labor and software (except defective software) cannot be
returned. Parts or equipment may be returned for any reason within 10 days for a full refund
less labor fees.

5. Guarantees and warranties - Labor is guaranteed as follows: 90 days for new custom
built computers, 30 days for hardware repairs, and 10 days for software repairs. Parts and
equipment are guaranteed as follows: 1 year for new custom built computers, 30 days for
used parts and equipment, and manufacturer's warranty on new parts and equipment. Any
claim of guarantee or warranty is subject to inspection and approval by Paradise Isle
Computer Solutions and/or the manufacturer. if a claim is rejected, normal rates will apply.

6. Privacy - All client information, files, passwords, data, and etc that are used in the course
of providing services are confidential and will not be disclosed. No backup of these files and
information will be kept by Paradise Isle Computer Solutions.

7. Data integrity - Every effort will be made to protect the integrity of the data, files and
information stored in the equipment serviced. Due to the nature of some of the repairs, data
may be lost from corruption, viruses, equipment malfunction, or other contamination. It is the responsibility of the owner to maintain data backups. Paradise Isle Computer Solutions will
not be responsible for data loss under any circumstance.

8. Other - Any other items or conditions not specified herein will be noted on an invoice where applicable
